The subject of the procurement is the shopping services for regular home care clients of the South Savo Wellbeing Services County (Eloisa). The shopping service includes receiving shopping orders, collecting and delivering goods to the client's fridge or freezer as needed. Orders are placed by the client, their relatives, or home care staff. Eloisa charges a client fee for the shopping service, set by Eloisa. The clients of the shopping service are the clients of regular home care. The competition will be implemented by sub-areas as follows:

The contract period is fixed-term. The sub-area-specific contract periods start on the date indicated in the invitation to tender for each sub-area and end on 31.1.2031. One (1) Supplier will be selected for each part. A tender can be submitted for one or more parts. The same Tenderer may be selected for multiple parts.
