France – Parts and accessories for vehicles and their engines – Fourniture et livraison de pièces détachées pour PL, tracteurs et engins

This is a framework agreement with order forms concluded from 01/01/2027 until 31/12/2027, subject to contract notification on that date, and tacitly renewable 3 times for periods of one year, up to a total of 4 years. Failing that, it will be concluded from its notification until 31/12/27. This framework agreement consists of 3 lots, each subject to a separate award. The services are settled by unit prices within the following limits:

- Lot 01 - Supply and delivery of genuine parts for Renault heavy goods vehicles: 100,000 euros HT maximum per year, i.e. 400,000 euros HT maximum for the entire contract.

- Lot 02 - Supply and delivery of wear parts and spare parts for mowing and pruning equipment from Noremat and SMA: 125,000 euros HT maximum per year, i.e. 500,000 euros HT maximum.

- Lot 03 - Supply and delivery of spare parts for Renault tractors and elevators from Faucheux and Mailleux: 100,000 euros HT maximum per year, i.e. 400,000 euros HT maximum for the entire contract.

In accordance with Article L 2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract includes a mandatory insertion clause.
