The public procurement, to be performed under the conditions described in the Instructions, Technical Specification and Contract Draft - part of the documentation for participation in the procedure, is for the subject: Selection of an operator for the provision of electronic food vouchers for the needs of Gabrovo Municipality and secondary beneficiaries with a budget. The Contracting Authority will declare to the Contractor the required number of cards, which must be delivered to it, in accordance with the current number of employees who will use them. The available cards are topped up monthly with electronic vouchers, following a prior request from the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. The request specifies the cards of which employees (the specific cards to be topped up) should be topped up with electronic vouchers and the corresponding value. The estimated number of employees to whom vouchers will be provided is 616. The contract comes into force from the date of conclusion and is valid for 24 months or until the financial resource is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The contract will be concluded under the conditions of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act and will be executed only after confirmation from the contracting authority of secured funding and presentation by the contractor of the required performance guarantee.
