Germany – Installation of partitioning – Neubau Rathaus Hörstel, Glassystemtrennwände
Description
The town of Hörstel intends to build a new town hall. The planning area/construction site is located in the northeast of the town. Access to the planned building will be via the new road to be constructed, which can be reached via Uferstraße. The design includes an approximately 57.00 m long and just 16.50 m deep, space-efficient block. This is arranged internally into a main core and two office areas with ancillary rooms on the central axis. The building is divided into three above-ground floors and a basement. The gross floor area is approximately 3,825 m². According to the council's resolution, the building is to be constructed as an Efficiency House 40. To meet the KfW-EG 40 standard, the criteria of the QNG certification for sustainability according to DGNB must be met. The building will be constructed using a hybrid timber construction method from the ground floor up and using solid construction method in the basement.
