The health insurance funds are obliged, pursuant to § 342 SGB V, to provide each insured person with an electronic patient record approved pursuant to § 325 paragraph 1 SGB V. For this purpose, TK requires certain delivery artifacts: The tasks of the contractor include the following services: - Implementation of the specifications and specifications of gematik for the ePA file system - Provision and operation of the ePA backend (ePA file system, VAU and associated systems and interfaces) - Provision of all components in the following environments: PU, TU, RU and RU DEV - Support services on demand. The health insurance funds are obliged, pursuant to § 342 paragraph 7 SGB V, to provide an ePA-FdV for stationary end devices. The "ePA Desktop FdV" is currently being developed completely externally as a white-label app and is offered to the insured person under the name "TK-Safe" for the operating systems Windows, Mac OS and Linux. The "ePA Desktop FdV" is not part of this procurement. TK develops and operates the Push Gateway independently. Further details can be found in the tender documents.
