Description of the service: The House of Photography (Hall South) in the Deichtorhallen Hamburg will be comprehensively renovated and rebuilt. As part of the construction measure, the conversion of the listed Deichtorhalle South and the adjacent former market cellar will be carried out. The building extends over 2 floors (ground floor and 1st floor) plus the basement, which will be extended on the west side by parts of the old market cellar (last partial use as a car park). The cooling systems will be installed in the basement of the Deichtorhallen. A position in the outdoor area is provided for the heat exchanger. This is protected below ground level and by a grate. The cooling distribution relates only to the exhibition and storage rooms. The cooling systems for the catering area are tendered separately.
