Construction of collective buildings, with a total floor area of approximately 2 871 m2, including: - 2 744 m2 GFA approximately in free access, i.e. 42 dwellings - 127 m2 GFA approximately of activity areas, delivered shell and core - as well as 66 parking spaces and 121 m2 of bicycle storage, located on the ground floor.
