The subject of the contract is to provide comprehensive maintenance services for printing devices used in the District Court in Warsaw (the list of devices is Annex 1 and 2 to the subject of the contract). 2. The subject of the contract will be implemented in two stages: 1) Stage I – the Contractor will provide factory-new printing devices Type 0, 2-6 (min. 147 units – according to the subject of the contract) owned by the Contractor for the duration of the contract to the following locations of the Contracting Authority: - al. „Solidarności” 127 in Warsaw, - ul. Czerniakowska 100 in Warsaw, - ul. Płocka 9 in Warsaw, - ul. Inflancka 4C in Warsaw, - ul. Zwierzyniecka 8a in Warsaw, - ul. Skierniewicka 21 in Warsaw, - ul. Kocjana 3 in Warsaw, - ul. Złota 81a in Warsaw, - ul. Przyokopowa 33 in Warsaw; as well as the implementation and launch of software to monitor the consumption of consumables in the Contractor's printing devices, and also in the printing devices owned by the Contracting Authority, as well as the training of the Contracting Authority's staff in the operation of the software; 2) Stage II – providing full maintenance of printing devices owned by the Contracting Authority and printing devices Type 0-6 (min. 147 units – max. 400 units) owned by the Contractor, i.e. updating the software for settling prints, inspections, repairs, maintenance and replacement of consumables, including, inter alia, toners, inks and consumable parts in the above locations.
