Belgium – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – ENTRETIENS ET DEPANNAGES EN HVAC SANITAIRE LOGEMENTS OCCUPES DISTRICT CENTRE ET EST

This framework agreement for call-off contracts concerns various repair and routine maintenance services in occupied housing and common areas in the centre and east districts (see details of municipalities below). It has a maximum duration of 12 months as a buffer public contract pending the award of a new public contract covering all municipalities where the contracting authority has housing. This contract is a services contract within the meaning of Article 2, 21°, of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public procurement. The technical specifications to which the services must comply are set out in the second part of the special technical specifications. By their offer, the selected tenderers undertake to carry out the services in accordance with these specifications. Place of performance: municipalities of Charleroi, Lodelinsart, Dampremy, Gilly and Montignies/Sambre. The address will be specified on each call-off order.
