Czechia – Refuse transport services – Zajištění služeb odpadového hospodářství ve městě Žďár nad Sázavou

The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of comprehensive waste management services for the city of Žďár nad Sázavou, with the exception of the removal of waste through energy recovery or landfilling. The selected supplier will ensure, in particular: a) the provision, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, upkeep, and, if necessary, the creation and renewal of all necessary personnel, technical, or other capacities including the vehicle fleet according to the conditions in Annex No. 3 ZD – Draft Contract; b) the collection, transport, categorisation, conveyance, concentration, sorting, treatment, use, taking over, and handover of waste to facilities designated for further waste management or to persons authorised to manage and dispose of waste in accordance with the Draft Contract; c) the acquisition of ownership rights to waste in accordance with the Draft Contract.
