France – Accommodation cleaning services – Accord cadre de services SERVICE D'INSERTION ET DE QUALIFICATION PROFESSIONNELLE AYANT POUR ACTIVITÉS SUPPORT DES PRESTATIONS D'HYGIÈNE DES PARTIES COMMUNES ET DE NETTOYAGE DES LOGEMENTS VACANTS SUR LE PATRIMOINE GÉRÉ PAR GRANDLYON HABITAT

This consultation concerns the provision of social inclusion and professional qualification services through economic activity, based on support activities for the hygiene of common areas and the cleaning of vacant housing, for the property managed by GRANDLYON HABITAT. The present contract constitutes: - A multi-provider framework agreement governed by Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 paragraph 2; R.2162-4 to R.2162-6; R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. - This framework agreement sets out the contractual terms firmly and will be executed as needed by issuing purchase orders according to the modalities defined in this framework agreement. The aforementioned services are the subject of a single lot. The framework agreement takes effect from 1 February 2027 for a firm period of two (2) years. It may be renewed once for two (2) years, for a maximum duration of four (4) years. It is awarded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 7,000,000 euros (excl. VAT) for the firm period of two (2) years. In case of renewal, the minimum/maximum amounts will also be renewed for a new period of two (2) years.
