The essential subject matter of the contract is the following basic service, described in accordance with the provisions of the HOAI 2021, which is required to achieve the goals and measures formulated under No. 2: - Civil engineering works design in accordance with § 43 HOAI, basic services LPh 5 - 9 / Appendix 12, type of object: individual watercourses with non-uniform, unsegmented cross-section and some fixed points, dike and dam structures. It is assumed that the basic service will have to be provided in full. 3.2 Special services In addition to the aforementioned basic service, the following special services are currently planned: a) Integration into phases 1-4 b) Checking and evaluating alternative bids (according to Appendix 12.1 to LPh 7); c) Construction kick-off meeting, d) On-site construction supervision, e) Checking the plausibility of the surveying, f) Checking of additional work, g) Participation in official acceptance, h) Monitoring the rectification of defects identified during acceptance, i) Invoice checking (b) – h) according to Appendix 12.1 to LPh 8), j) Monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period (according to Appendix 12.2 to LPh 9). If, from the tenderer's point of view, further special services are already identifiable or necessary at this point in time according to the HOAI, these should be offered additionally with the tender, with reasons, observing the provisions of the HOAI 2021.
