Germany – Transport services (excl. Waste transport) – Vergabe einer Dienstleistungskonzession für den Betrieb des Fahrradvermietsystems „MOBIbike 2“

The contracting authority is conducting a competitive dialogue procedure with prior selection for the award of a service concession for a publicly accessible regional bicycle rental system under the established brand MOBIbike for Dresden and, prospectively, for further municipalities in the association area of the Zweckverband Verkehrsverbund Ostsachsen (ZVVO) in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Award of Concessions (Concessions Award Regulation – KonzVgV). The tender aims to establish, operate and further develop an integrated bike-sharing system in Dresden and, prospectively, in further municipalities in the association area of the ZVVO. MOBIbike is to serve as a reliable, economical and scalable offer to complement the use of public transport services and to promote sustainable multimodal mobility behaviour.
