Germany – Tax consultancy services – Tax- und Payroll-Services

TenneT Germany is Germany's largest transmission system operator and, with more than 5,000 employees, operates critical infrastructure for secure and sustainable power supply. As part of the accelerated expansion of the European energy transition, TenneT is investing heavily in national and international grid projects, particularly in the offshore sector. To implement these projects, TenneT is increasingly relying on international employee assignments, long-term secondments, rotation models, and cross-border business trips within and outside Europe. The activities of the employees take place, among others, in Spain, Belgium, Singapore, Indonesia, the United Arab Emirates, and potentially further countries. Both local corporate structures and Employer-of-Record models are used. Against this background, TenneT intends to commission an experienced international service provider for tax, payroll, and global mobility services. The aim is to bundle global tax, payroll, and compliance services for cross-border employee assignments with a central point of contact (Single Point of Contact) to ensure global compliance, standardize processes, and sustainably relieve internal administration.
