Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittel-Rabattverträge ab 01.02.2026 zu diversen Wirkstoffen im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V for various active substances within the framework of a so-called Open-House procedure: under the condition of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion of rebate contracts in accordance with Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V. The earliest contract start date is 01.02.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months.
