The subject of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is the supply of various types of medicinal products for the needs of Complex Oncology Centre - Vratsa EOOD (COC-Vratsa). The types of medicinal products are detailed in the Technical Specification – Annex No. 1 (requirements for dosage form, active substance, unit of measurement and forecast quantity). The types of medicinal products and forecast quantities specified in the Technical Specification may be changed, depending on the specific needs of the Contracting Authority, when placing each specific public order, within the framework of the established Dynamic Purchasing System, for the duration of its validity. The term of operation of the DPS is 27 (twenty-seven) months and starts from the date of publication of the procedure in the CAIS system. Individual contracts under the DPS are concluded for a maximum period of up to 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of their signature, unless a renewal for 3 additional months is applicable.
