Belgium – Artificial and natural lighting engineering services for buildings – Raamovereenkomst voor plaatsen, vernieuwen, onderhouden, wegnemen, opslaan en huren van feestverlichting voor Stad Brugge en deelgemeenten voor kerstperiodes 2026-2027, 2027-2028, 2028-2029 en 2029-2030

The contract starts with the agreement to collect the festive lighting and all accessories such as power cables and brackets (property of Stad Brugge) and storage thereof with the new contractor. The contract ends with the transfer of all this to the potential new contractor. The placement of the festive lighting is scheduled for each Christmas period in November of the year, and the removal of the lighting in January of the following year. Specifically, this concerns the following periods: November 2026-January 2027, November 2027-January 2028, November 2028-January 2029, November 2029-January 2030. The contract is conceived as a framework contract, but the contract is not exclusive. The municipal council is free to also appoint other suppliers or contractors to carry out work related to festive lighting or similar. It is opted to use the same festive lighting for a maximum of four years.
