The service of building design - architectural services - is being tendered through a negotiated procedure with a competition and a sketch design for the award of architectural services in accordance with § 34 HOAI for phases 2 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). The advertised service is to plan and execute a modern educational building at the current location of the sports hall. Please note the published task description (file "1539-25 Aufgabenstellung Stegreifentwurf.pdf") for the scope of the planning. To participate in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation) the submission of an application form (application for participation) with the required information and evidence is mandatory by the set deadline. The best-suited applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will become participants in the second stage of the procedure (tendering stage). In the second stage, the sketch design is to be prepared and submitted with the first offer. Negotiations will continue based on the first offer. After submission of the final non-negotiable offers, the bidders will be invited to present themselves in person before a jury. A written/digital presentation is not desired, not required and will not be evaluated.
