Belgium – Road construction works – Leopoldsburg, Militaire collector en zijstraten

In the municipality of Leopoldsburg, sewerage will be laid in the following streets to realise a separate sewerage system: Roy de Blicqulaan, Chapelielaan, Graaf van Vlaanderenlaan, Koning Albertlaan, Koning Leopold II-Laan, Vlaanderenlaan, Delannoylaan, Eikendreef, 5e Reg Lansierslaan, Lt. Comeaulaan, Passendalelaan, Brig. Pironlaan, Eenenenslaan, Gravin van Vlaanderenlaan, Malakofflaan. This is happening because of the laying of new DWA* and RWA pipes, the conversion of existing sewerage into RWA or DWA pipes, the construction of 2 pumping stations and the execution of a long-distance drilling. The roads will be restored in asphalt or concrete. The kerbs and pavements will be broken up to realise infiltration trenches.
