Subject of the contract: Equipping the Operating Block and Bronchoscopy Workshop of the Endoscopy Department with medical equipment listed in the investment programme entitled "Strengthening the potential of the University Hospital in Krakow in the field of diagnostics and treatment of neoplastic diseases" co-financed from the Strategic Infrastructure Sub-Fund of the Medical Fund – supply of equipment along with installation, commissioning and staff training. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1a, 1b to the SWZ (description of the subject of the contract, price sheet), Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (contract template). This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result from responses to questions from Contractors.
