The subject of this above-threshold contract for the provision of services is the implementation of a library information services platform, including a discovery/search tool (hereinafter also “System/LSP”), intended for the automation and management of library information processes at UK (installation – parameterisation, configuration and adjustment, evidence of library units, loans, management of electronic information sources, data migration from the current library information system, as well as technical support, training, hosting, etc. after the end of technical support) and technical support and licence for the System/LSP during implementation and for 5 years (or 8 years after the exercise of the option for a further 3 years) after its deployment into routine operation. The contracting authority requires that the System/LSP be implemented in the form of software/system as a service (SaaS) and hosted in the cloud/SaaS environment of the successful tenderer.
