The public contract is divided into 2 parts. The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for works, on the basis of which the selected single supplier will be awarded, for each individual part of the public contract, the repairs of electric components and spare parts for the units of the 471 series, in accordance with the procedure defined in the Framework Agreement. The subject of the Public Contract is more specifically and in detail specified for each part of the public contract in the templates of the Framework Agreements 1a and 1b and their annexes.
