Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Niederzier, B3-Haus - Technische Gebäudeausrüstung

The B3-Haus, as a "community centre for social interaction and activity", is being created in the Niederzier district of Oberzier on the site of the clubhouse. This will be a new location for the community's social, cultural and club life. Due to the planned energy, ventilation, electrical, sanitary and use concepts, extensive technical building services planning is required. The building is to be operated as a publicly used community centre with a citizens' hall, parallel use scenarios and an energetically ambitious concept. This results in requirements for ventilation, heating, cooling, sanitation, electrical, lighting, PV, control, media supply and possibly building automation. Key interfaces exist with project planning, building physics, fire protection, structural planning, landscape planning and future operational organisation.
