Luxembourg – Building installation work – CHL NBC VE VE 4744 OP-/ Untersuchungsleuchten

The Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg intends to procure several ceiling-mounted surgical/ examination lights (including transformers/ substructures/ interface plates) as part of the new construction project, in accordance with the tender procedure „Book II Competitive Dialogue in the Negotiated Procedure (Loi, Art. 63 and 67)". The tender includes the supply and installation of:

- 70 examination lights LED (80 kLux)

- 3 examination lights, LED (80 kLux) with a boom for contrast media injector

- 1 examination light (LED 80 kLux) with a boom incl. platform (approx. 50 x 40 cm)

- 7 examination lights, LED (100 kLux)

- 3 surgical lights, LED (100 kLux), incl. camera system on standby

- 6 surgical lights, LED (100 + 100 kLux), incl. camera system on standby

- 9 surgical lights, LED (160 + 160 kLux), with camera system

- 7 surgical lights, LED (160 + 160 kLux), with camera system, under LAF ceiling

Including the interface (compatible control interfaces or software/ hardware components) between the surgical lights and the building's control panel (touchscreen). Support for programming the display of the control panel in the building's control panel is to be ensured. The delivery and installation of the components is to be carried out separately according to the following priority scheme: Installation of substructures, Installation of lights, Delivery of accessories immediately before commissioning (theft prevention). 1 main and 1 rectification date are included in the offer price, whereby the partial services are to be scheduled according to the schedule and coordinated with the local construction management/ specialist construction management. The statutory limitation period for warranty claims begins with the acceptance of the service. The day of acceptance (complete installation including rectification of defects) is the start of the warranty period. The following services are to be offered and calculated in addition to the device-related services:

- The contractor (AN) is to cooperate in the collision check by the coordinating architect (4Bund). The installation plans are to be adapted if necessary.

- For organisational meetings - also in sections and sections - the AN is to provide a technically and operationally familiar, expert employee with the system in all parts.

- Further services according to the additional technical notes of the medical technology.

The following dates are relevant for the delivery and installation of the equipment:

Possible start of installation: 08.09.2027

Latest completion of installations: 29.03.2029 (interior construction + technology according to Generalablaufplan_V5)

Taking into account the start date, an installation schedule is to be submitted and, if necessary, adjusted to the specifications of the architect (4Bund). The times required for each device for bringing in and installing are to be recorded.
