Netherlands – Research consultancy services – Monitor Prenatale Screening - Niet Invasieve Prenatale test (NIPT) en het structureel echoscopisch onderzoek (SEO)

As part of the regulatory task, the RIVM is responsible for monitoring and evaluating prenatal screening. This involves the Non-Invasive Prenatal Test (NIPT) and the Structural Echographic Examination (SEO), including pre-test counseling. In this context, two national monitors (plus an English translation) are drawn up annually to monitor the quality and accessibility of this screening, to signal and address bottlenecks (in the care chain), but also to account to the client VWS and the chain partners. The work with the current supplier ends on 31 December 2026. A new agreement for the monitoring of PNS must be tendered by the tendering service. Scope of the assignment The assignment concerns the execution of the annual national monitoring of NIPT-SEO based on established indicators. This consists of: 1. a monitor aggregated at national level in Dutch and English; 2. a more detailed professionals' monitor aggregated at regional level in Dutch. The professionals' monitor also addresses regional differences. Trends at national level are also presented here. Duration of the agreement The aim of this European tender is to conclude a service agreement with one contractor for the monitoring of PNS. The intended start date of the agreement to be concluded is 1 January 2027. The tendering service wishes to conclude an agreement with the contractor for an initial period of four (4) years, with an additional three (3) options to extend by one (1) year. This results in a maximum duration of the agreement of seven (7) years.
