This consultation concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders for the management of site logistics and access management for the Austerlitz Gare sector. SEMAPA is equipped with a collaborative digital system for managing on-site deliveries to ensure the smooth flow of traffic. This framework agreement is broken down into the following missions: Mission 1: Taking over the existing software for managing site access, Mission 2: Managing and securing common access to the site, Mission 3: Maintaining the site access road and managing common resources. The services are located in Paris in the 13th Arrondissement on the ZAC Paris Rive Gauche within the Austerlitz Gare sector. As an indication, it is possible to foresee that the services will begin in the 4th quarter of 2026.
