With this tender, Summa aims to conclude a Framework Agreement with one party that will carry out the rental of exam invigilators for it. The contractor will be responsible for supplying qualified invigilators on request from Summa. The services include, among others, recruitment and selection, scheduling, and ensuring the continuity and quality of the service. It is important that possible changes, peak loads, or unexpected dropouts can be dealt with during the entire service provision. The size of the order, based on historical data, amounts to approximately €500,000, including VAT, or approximately €415,000, excluding VAT, on a yearly basis. It is expected that in the coming years, the annual expenditure on the rental of invigilators will decrease, but it is not yet clear by how much this will decrease. Based on the current decrease based on historical data of approximately €415,000, excluding VAT, the total estimated value of this order, including possible extensions and the expected decrease, amounts to approximately €1,400,000, excluding VAT.
