The subject of the contract is the provision of a banking service involving the granting in 2026 of a long-term loan in the amount of 2,712,656.00 PLN (in words: two million seven hundred and twelve thousand six hundred and fifty-six zloty, 00/100) to cover the planned budget deficit of the Gmina Zawichost in 2026 in the amount of 2,055,844.00 PLN (in words: two million fifty-five thousand eight hundred and forty-four zloty, 00/100) and to repay obligations arising from previously contracted loans and advances in the amount of 656,812.00 PLN (in words: six hundred and fifty-six thousand eight hundred and twelve zloty, 00/100).
