France – Refuse-collection vehicles – Location de véhicules de collecte des déchets à court et moyen terme pour le service de gestion et valorisation des déchets de Sète agglopôle Méditerranée

The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The present contract concerns the short and medium-term rental of waste collection vehicles, in order to replace faulty vehicles for a short period of between 1 and 12 weeks and a medium period of between 13 and 52 weeks, or to cover increased activity. The vehicles offered for rent must have a circulation date of less than or equal to 5 years. The defined services are divided into 3 lots:

- Lot 1: Rental of household waste skips of the mini household waste skip type (light goods vehicle/heavy goods vehicle)

- Lot 2: Rental of household waste skips with or without a crane

- Lot 3: Rental of poly skips with or without a crane

The maximum amount for the services is defined as follows:

- For Lot No. 1, the maximum amount is 20,000 euro(s) HT/year or 80,000 euro(s) HT for all periods combined;

- For Lot No. 2, the maximum amount is 80,000 euro(s) HT/year or 320,000 euro(s) HT for all periods combined;

- For Lot No. 3, the maximum amount is 40,000 euro(s) HT/year or 160,000 euro(s) HT for all periods combined.
