Contract Title: Technical Assistance Services – Site Management and Supervision for the Investment Project "Modernization of Streets - Street of the Narcissus, UAT – Municipality of Brașov"

The purpose of the procurement is to provide general site management services to ensure a project and high-quality works (including services for monitoring works during the defect liability period), to monitor the correct use of available funds, and to ensure that the Contractor/Builder executes the works in accordance with contractual obligations, especially regarding the duration, quantity, quality, and cost of the works. The Provider will have the role and responsibilities of the Site Manager, in accordance with the relevant legislation (Order 1496/2011, Law 10/1995), the present terms of reference, and DECISION HG No. 1/2018 of 10 January 2018 for the approval of the general and specific conditions for certain categories of public procurement contracts related to investment objectives financed from public funds, thus resulting in all obligations related to supervision in accordance with the provisions of the normative act. In conclusion, the Supervisor will verify, in addition to the monthly work situations including the adjustments related to the works contract, each work situation, whenever necessary. Furthermore, it is an essential objective of the Provider to anticipate and avoid any irregularities in the execution of the works. Furthermore, the obligations of the Supervisor will be fulfilled during the preparation of the design documentation, in accordance with the provisions of HG 1/2018.
