France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – CONTRAT DE MAINTENANCE PREVENTIVE ET CURATIVE MULTI-SERVICES POUR LES LOGEMENTS ET PARTIES COMMUNES

This contract aims to ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of the standard technical equipment in both private and common areas of residences over five years old, including, but not limited to, plumbing installations, locking devices, and safety equipment owned by or managed by Alliade Habitat. The relevant property portfolio is located in the following departments: Le Rhône (69), La Loire (42), La Haute Loire (43), La Saône et Loire (71), L'Ain (01), L'Ardèche (07), La Savoie (73), La Haute Savoie (74) and La Drôme (26). This contract starts on 01/01/2027 for a duration of 1 year, with an option to renew tacitly 4 times, ending on 31/12/2031.
