Description

The subject of the public procurement includes the selection of an executor for periodic repeatable deliveries of bandaging and sewing material, medical consumables for sterilisation and incision films for the operating field, as follows: 1. Marlen compresses. bandages. plasters 2. Sterile bandages and specific bandages for wounds 3. Bandaging material 4. Sterile resorbable local haemostatic for supporting haemostasis in capillary and venous bleeding, on a gelatinous base or from another biocompatible material with an equivalent mechanism and action profile, in the form of a sponge or powder according to the sub-position; ready for use and in individual sterile packaging. 5. Sterile resorbable cellulose local haemostatic in the form of gauze 6. Sterile resorbable cellulose local haemostatic in the form of cotton wool 7. Sterile resorbable cellulose local haemostatic in the form of powder 8. Sterile resorbable cellulose local haemostatic in the form of gel 9. Surgical needles 10. Sterile bone wax or another biocompatible mouldable material with an equivalent purpose for mechanical haemostasis on bone surfaces; net mass 2.5 g with a permissible deviation of ±5%; individual sterile packaging. 11. Sterile skin stapler for single-use with no less than 35 clips from biocompatible metal; diameter of the wire 0.45–0.55 mm; size of the formed clip: width 6.5–8.0 mm and height 4.4–5.4 mm; ergonomic one-handed actuation and visual control of the remaining clips or an equivalent mechanism. 12. Sterile coloured non-resorbable monofilament surgical thread from PVDF or another biocompatible synthetic material with equivalent durability, low tissue reactivity and purpose; individual sterile packaging and atraumatic needle from corrosion-resistant medical material. 13. Sterile non-resorbable synthetic surgical thread without a needle, on a reel, from polyamide or another biocompatible material with equivalent durability; monofilament or processed multi-thread with a smooth surface and low capillarity 14. Sterile synthetic non-resorbable braided surgical thread from polyester or another biocompatible material with equivalent durability, with biocompatible processing for reduced friction and stable knot 15. Sterile non-resorbable braided surgical thread from natural silk or another biocompatible material with equivalent purpose and knot security, with biocompatible processing for reduced friction and capillarity 16. Sterile synthetic resorbable monofilament surgical thread with short-term tissue support: residual strength 20–70% on the 7th day and complete resorption in the interval 90–130 days; from a copolymer of glycolide/caprolactone or another biocompatible material with an equivalent profile. Configuration with a blunt needle. 17. Sterile synthetic resorbable monofilament surgical thread with short-term tissue support: residual strength 20–70% on the 7th day and complete resorption in the interval 90–130 days; from a copolymer of glycolide/caprolactone or another biocompatible material with an equivalent profile. Configuration with a cutting needle. 18. Sterile synthetic slowly resorbable monofilament surgical thread with residual strength 40–70% on the 42nd day and complete resorption 180–240 days; from polydioxanone or another biocompatible material with an equivalent clinical profile. 19. Sterile synthetic slowly resorbable monofilament surgical thread with residual strength 40–70% on the 42nd day and complete resorption 180–240 days; from polydioxanone or another biocompatible material with an equivalent clinical profile. Execution as a knotless barbed system with evenly distributed elements for fixation and functional end stopper/outline 20. Sterile resorbable knotless system for closing soft tissues, including monofilament barbed thread and functional mechanism for final fixation, which allows closing without a surgical knot; complete resorption 90–130 days 21. Sterile synthetic resorbable braided surgical thread with medium tissue support, residual strength not less than 80% on the 14th day and not less than 50% on the 21st day and complete resorption 56–120 days; from PGA or another biocompatible material with an equivalent profile; with biocompatible processing for reduced friction. Configured with a blunt needle 22. Loop-type configuration 23. Sterile synthetic resorbable braided surgical thread with medium tissue support, residual strength not less than 80% on the 14th day and not less than 50% on the 21st day and complete resorption 56–120 days in the form of ligatures 24. Sterile synthetic braided surgical thread, with medium resorption and with residual strength 25–65% on the 7th day and complete resorption 40–70 days; from PGA or another biocompatible material with an equivalent clinical profile; with processing for reduced friction. 25. Sterile synthetic fast-resorbable braided surgical thread with residual strength 30–70% on the 7th day and approximately 0% on the 14th day; from PGA biocompatible material with an equivalent clinical profile; with processing for reduced friction. 26. Sterile soft elastic surgical tape/bandage from medical silicone or another biocompatible elastomer with equivalent flexibility and purpose, colour-coded for visual differentiation 27. Medical consumables for sterilisation 28. Incision films for the operating field various sizes The examination and evaluation of the submitted offers, in accordance with the chosen award criterion, is carried out by the Commission pursuant to Article 61 of the PPZOP, with the technical and price proposals of the participants being evaluated before the documents are examined for compliance with the selection criteria.
