The primary school site at Stillerzeile is being reactivated. The school building is being renovated and extended, and a new 2-court sports hall is being constructed on the property. The sports hall will be brought into use in November 2026. The necessary access areas in the external area were installed in 2026. This tender includes the external facilities, schoolyard and sports outdoor areas, which will be newly laid out. The external facilities cover a total of approximately 8,800 m². They include access paths (paving), play areas, a school garden, sports outdoor areas, as well as planting areas and infiltration basins. Execution of earth and soil works including topsoil works as well as disposal and proper disposal of materials. Construction of paths and schoolyard surfaces with approx. 2,200 m² of paving (concrete, natural stone and grass paving) and approx. 65 m² of water-bound path covering. Construction of parking surfaces with 40 m² of natural stone paving and 60 m² of asphalt surfaces. Construction of sports and play areas with 1,200 m² of plastic sports surface, 200 m² of plastic fall protection surface and approx. 815 m² of loose playground surfacing. Construction of enclosures, walls, ramps and stairs as well as the necessary drainage and water systems; supply and installation of equipment elements and electrical systems. Construction of approx. 4,000 m² of planting and shrub areas including slopes and 420 m² of turf; in addition, 375 m² of seeding in the green paving. Supply and planting of trees, shrubs and perennials as well as execution of completion and development care. The works will be carried out in sections and must be coordinated with school operations and the other construction site processes.
