The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 2 brand-new, zero-emission electric buses along with chargers, fully adapted for the transport of disabled persons. The buses and charging stations must be of the same brand and identical in terms of construction, technical parameters, equipment and fittings. As part of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to conduct training, provide the necessary documentation for proper operation, registration and insurance of the buses, provide software and diagnostic equipment, grant a license, ensure software and documentation updates, and fulfill the obligations arising from the warranty and warranty service conditions of the buses and chargers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the SWZ along with the annexes.
