Netherlands – Sports facilities operation services – Exploitatie zwembaden en sporthal

The contracting authority intends to conclude a concession contract for the management and operation of municipal sports and social facilities, namely swimming pools and a sports hall with meeting functions. The contract involves the integral operation, management and provision of these facilities, whereby the operator acquires the right to operate the facilities at its own risk and to generate operating revenues, within the framework of this procurement. The concession contract relates to the operation of the following facility(s): • MFA De Niervaert; • sports hall De Bosselaar; • open-air swimming pool De Bosselaar.
