This contract is related to the execution of construction and installation works for the object: "Current repair of streets in 16 settlements in the Municipality of Sliven, funded under project BG16FFPR003-2.006-0051-C01 "New model of integrated child health care in the Southeast region in three separate lots: Lot 1: NORTH; Lot 2: EAST; Lot 3: SOUTH, which requires the selection of a Contractor under the Public Procurement Act. Lot 1: NORTH includes activities for current repair and interventions on the following streets: Village of Selimino, sections of Dr. Ivan Seleminski Street from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, total length 1000 m. Village of Sotirya, section of St. Cyril and Methodius Street along the route from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, total length 400 m. Village of Malko Chochoveni, sections of streets along the route from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, total length 1000 m. Village of Novachevo, sections of Breza Street along the route from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, total length 200 m. Village of Stara Reka, alley between the street and the entrance to the Health Service, total area 200 m2, length 50 m. Village of Zlati Voyvoda, sections of Dimitar Bobev Street and Georgi Danchev Street in the area of the Health Service, total length 400 m. Lot 2: EAST includes activities for current repair and interventions on the following streets: Village of Blatets – Yordan Iliev Street, length 200 m. Village of Blatets – Bulgarka Street, length 1500 m. Village of Kamen, from the Health Service to the outermost quarters in the north and south directions - Panaot Iliev Street and Izvorite Street, sections of this route with a total length of 1500 m. Village of Gorno Aleksandovo, section from the Health Service to the outermost quarters and to the exit towards the town of Sliven, sections of this route with a total length of 1700 m. Village of Topolchane, sections of Bozhur Street and Bozhur Dere Street along the route from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, total length 500 m. Lot 3: SOUTH includes activities for current repair and interventions on the following streets: Town of Kermen, section of General Zaimov Street in the area of the Health Service, total length 245 m. Village of Glufishevo, section from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, length 400 m. Village of Zhelyo Voyvoda, sections of Ivan Grudev Street and Dimitar Dimov Street along the route from the Health Service to the exit towards Sliven, total length 1130 m. Village of Kovachite, section of Sini Kamani Street and Buzludzha Street along the route from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, total length 1400 m. Village of Krushare, sections of Demir Slavov Street and Georgi Dimitrov Street along the route from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, total length 600 m. Village of Chokoba, sections of streets along the route from the Health Service to the exit towards the town of Sliven, total length 500 m. The total length of the sections included for repair amounts to 12,725 m, with the total number of settlements for which interventions are planned along the access route being 16. The activities planned for execution are in accordance with the attached quantitative estimates and include the following types of works: - Milling of asphalt concrete pavement; - First bitumen seal; - Second bitumen seal; - Laying of dense asphalt concrete 6 cm on streets; - Demolition of concrete curbs; - Concrete base for curbs; - Crushed stone next to curbs; - Patching of asphalt concrete pavement -0.00-40; - Delivery and installation of concrete curbs 15/25; - Demolition of sidewalk pavement; - Leveling and compaction of soil bases for sidewalks; - Delivery and installation of a 5 cm thick sand layer under pavements; - Delivery and installation of concrete slabs 30/30 or 40/40 with a thickness of 50 mm; - Grouting of sidewalk pavement with a cement-sand mixture 2:1; - Loading and transport of old curbs and slabs; - Making patches on asphalt concrete pavement - 4-6 cm; - Asphalt concrete patches 4-6 cm; - Laying of binder 4 cm on streets; - Rearrangement of existing curbs; - Cleaning of the road surface.
