Romania – Veterinary services – Acord-cadru privind Serviciile medical veterinare pentru câinii cazați în adăpostul ASPA Bragadiru

The subject of the contract concerns the procurement of veterinary medical services. Regarding the duration of the framework agreement, this has a duration of 48 months. In order to achieve the set objectives, the Contracting Authority considers it necessary to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 2 economic operators, without reopening competition between the economic operators signatories to the framework agreement. The Contracting Authority has the right to award the Framework Agreement to a single eligible tenderer. Subsequent contracts will be awarded to the tenderer ranked 1st, in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Agreement. Exclusively, in the event that the Tenderer ranked 1st does not accept the conclusion of the subsequent contract or does not respond within the time limit indicated in the request, the Contracting Authority is obliged to notify the Tenderer ranked 2nd in the procedure for awarding the Framework Agreement for the conclusion of the subsequent contract. As a result of the award of the present framework agreement, subsequent contracts will be awarded according to the specific needs and the funds allocated for this purpose.
