The subject of the contract is the provision of planning services for parts of supply networks and house connections in the sectors of electricity, gas, drinking water and district heating. The planning services will be procured for the respective project by individual call-off. The aim of the call-off is in each case the planning of a fully functional and operational structure or fully functional and operational lines. The planning service of the contractor must be suitable for the intended use communicated by the contracting authority or apparent from the circumstances. The contractor proactively obtains the information required for the planning, for example on interfaces and specifications. The services called off with the help of the present framework agreement correspond to the service profiles according to §43 Engineering structures and §55 Technical equipment of the HOAI. The services are to be provided according to the ordered service phases of the HOAI. Participation in planning meetings and their documentation and distribution of the results are obligatory for the contractor. The contracting authority reserves the right to order only individual service phases (LPH). Planning services for power lines include voltage levels from 0.4 kV to 30 kV. Planning services for gas include the pressure ranges ND, MD and HD (if necessary, control pilot cables). In the high-pressure range (HD), in particular the requirements for safety, material selection, routing and approval procedures must be taken into account. The planning must comply with the relevant technical rules such as DVGW G 463 and G 466-1.
