Czechia – Software programming and consultancy services – Řídící systém povrchové dopravy (ŘSPD) II

The subject of the Public Procurement is the delivery of a new Surface Transport Control System (ŘSPD) for the fleet operated by the contracting authority (buses, trolleybuses, trams) and subsequent support and development for a period of 20 years. The Surface Transport Control System (ŘSPD) will be a system for all modes of urban public surface transport operated by the contracting authority, enabling the effective management of public surface transport operated by the contracting authority. The ŘSPD will operate in real-time in a 24/7 mode with high availability and will ensure a high level of cybersecurity, data and service protection, while respecting all legal requirements of the Czech Republic and the EU, particularly regarding the operation of public road and rail transport, personal data protection and privacy, and cybersecurity. The ŘSPD should include, in particular: Traffic management based on current operations, Automated management of data flow and its mediation between vehicles and dispatch systems, Operational information (timetable, vehicle movements, personnel on duty), Communication in various directions (communication options between driver and dispatcher, vehicle and control center), Emergency control, communication (management of transport-related crisis situations, vehicle), Provision of data for further processing by other systems, Automatic execution of processes and evaluation based on operational data by the control system, Vehicle information (energy management, vehicle status). The contracting authority's fleet as of 31.12.2025 consisted of 1192 buses, 38 trolleybuses and 794 trams. Buses operate 155 lines, trams 36 lines and trolleybuses 2 lines.
