Germany – Legal advisory services – Neubau Verwaltungsgebäude der Kreisverwaltung Dithmarschen als Öffentlich-Private-Partnerschaft (ÖPP)

Procedure in accordance with VgV for the appointment of a legal advisor/escort for the preparation of a PPP implementation of the new construction of the district administration building. The district of Dithmarschen intends to build a new district administration building on the property "Im Grund" as part of a public-private partnership (PPP). The PPP project is to cover planning, construction, financing and building management for 25 years. For the preparation, the legal, economic and technical advisors/escorts are to accompany the steps of the preparatory measures (with preliminary cost-effectiveness analysis), support the public tendering procedure (up to final cost-effectiveness analysis) and implementation of the new construction (up to commissioning) in a 3-stage appointment.
