Romania – Gas distribution – Concesiunea serviciului de utilitate publica a gazelor naturale in COMUNA VOICEȘTI ȘI SATELE APARȚINĂTOARE (VOICEȘTI, VOICEȘTI VALE ȘI TIGHINA), JUDEȚUL VÂLCEA

The concession of the public utility service of natural gas in COMUNA VOICEȘTI ȘI SATELE APARȚINĂTOARE (VOICEȘTI, VOICEȘTI VALE ȘI TIGHINA), JUDEȚUL VÂLCEA. The services are described in the attached award documentation. In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the granting of authorisations for establishment and licences in the natural gas sector, approved by the President of ANRE Order no. 199/28 October 2020, with subsequent amendments and additions, the concessionaire of the public utility service of natural gas must request ANRE to grant the following documents: - the authorisation for the establishment of the natural gas distribution system, in accordance with art. 6 lit. d) of the Regulation - the operating licence for the natural gas distribution system, in accordance with art. 7 lit. b) pct. iv) of the Regulation; - the natural gas supply licence, in accordance with art. 7 lit. a) pct. i) of the Regulation. Concession period: 49 years from the date the distribution system is put into operation. The period was set by the contracting authority in the Terms of Reference, in accordance with the provisions of art. A.2., second sentence of Annex A to the General Framework of 3 April 2019, approved by HG no. 209/2019. Estimated value: 215.006.445,00 lei without VAT, In accordance with the technical parameters set by the Technical Connection Opinion no. 13743069/22.01.2025 issued by Distrigaz Sud Rețele S.R.L., the distribution system in Voicești will operate at reduced pressure (1.1 bar), with a maximum flow rate of 1,500 m³/h, connected from the existing distribution network of the municipality of Drăgășani through an extension pipe PE100 SDR11 DN 180 mm, L=570 m. The actual distribution network in Voicești will have a length of 5,300 ml (in the first phase). Economic operators may request clarifications/supplementary information regarding the award documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders so that the response of the contracting authority is transmitted 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
