The public utility service for the distribution of natural gas, representing the set of activities and operations carried out by the concessionaire for or in connection with the activity of distributing natural gas within the concession perimeter in the communes of Mușetești and Bălănești, Gorj County, including the construction, operation, development, and rehabilitation of natural gas distribution systems and their use, in accordance with the details in the terms of reference. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications is 25. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 16th day before the tender submission date.
