The subject of the procurement is the extension of warranty and technical support for network devices, storage systems and servers. The procurement has been divided into 6 Lots: Lot 1 - Extension of the manufacturer's warranty and technical support for Dell blade servers Lot 2 - Extension of the manufacturer's warranty and technical support for Lenovo rack servers Lot 3 - Extension of the manufacturer's warranty and technical support for Fortigate 601E devices Lot 4 - Extension of the warranty and technical support for Extreme Networks devices Lot 5 - Extension of the manufacturer's warranty and technical support for Cisco solutions Lot 6 - Extension of the manufacturer's warranty and technical support for NetApp storage systems 2. End date of currently valid contracts: Lot 1 - 13.10.2026, Lot 2 - 21.12.2026, Lot 3 - 08.10.2026/20.10.2026, Lot 4 - 18.01.2027, Lot 5 – 14.11.2026, 28.11.2026, 29.12.2026, Lot 6 - 31.07.2026, 30.09.2026, 30.11.2026 3. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Procurement (DSOP). 4. Pursuant to Article 257 of the PPA, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds intended to finance the entire or part of the procurement are not granted. 5. Required implementation period for each Lot: • Lot 1 - the warranty and support will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of expiry of the current warranty and technical support; • Lot 2 - the warranty and support will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of expiry of the current warranty and technical support; • Lot 3 - the warranty and support will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of expiry of the current warranty and technical support; • Lot 4 - the warranty and support will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of expiry of the current warranty and technical support; • Lot 5 - the warranty and support will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of expiry of the current warranty and technical support; • Lot 6 - the warranty and support will be valid for a period of 12 months, from the date of expiry of the current warranty and technical support. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a document confirming the purchase of the technical support and warranty service, issued by the distributor/manufacturer in relation to Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 of the procurement and by the guarantor for Lot 4 of the procurement, within 14 days from the date of signing the contract.
