Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2026-12

The statutory health insurances (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot, this results from the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, or dosage forms, strengths, or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides otherwise - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contractual partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products pursuant to Section 129(2) SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurances do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.09.2026 (any deviations in start times result from the information given for the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.08.2028 (possible exceptions result from the information given for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
