The University of Vienna uses products and modules of the Matrix42 software solution. The existing Matrix42 system has been adapted to the specific organisational, technical and academic requirements of the University of Vienna and is used in particular for central software provision, automated provisioning, service catalogue, as well as software, asset, contract and licence management. The subject of this procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for Matrix42-related implementation, further development, adaptation, maintenance, care, support, health check, interface, workflow, documentation, training and consulting services for the existing Matrix42 system of the University of Vienna.
