The subject of the contract is the provision of the service for the promotion and dynamisation of reading as well as the cultural promotion and dynamisation in the cultural-library space Font de La Mina in Sant Adrià de Besòs. The Biblioteca Fuente de la Mina is a service within the Font de La Mina Cultural Space in Sant Adrià de Besòs. Both spaces make up the cultural service provided in the entire generic space (municipal equipment), called Espacio Cultural Fuente de La Mina, in which the Biblioteca Fuente de la Mina and the actual Cultural Space must be distinguished. In the latter, there are services and halls for sharing both for the reading and culture dynamisation projects carried out by the library and for the cultural actions directly targeted at entities and the general public.
