The subject of the procurement is the basic renovation of Pyynikin School as a joint project management contract. Pyynikin School is located at Hämeenpuisto 34, 33200 Tampere. Pyynikin School consists of two buildings: the school building from 1902 and the yard building from 1931. The project is two-phased, such that it is divided into a development phase and, subsequently, a separate decision on the implementation phase. The project management contractor is responsible for project management tasks and construction work. The project management contractor acts as the principal contractor on the site, the site supervisor, and the contractor responsible for site services.
