The subject of the order are: Works related to the winter and summer maintenance of order and cleanliness of plots owned by the Municipality of Białystok and managed by the Municipal Property Management Board in Białystok, divided into two tasks:

Task No. 1: Area located in the districts: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26. Works related to the winter and summer maintenance of order and cleanliness of plots owned by the Municipality of Białystok and managed by the Municipal Property Management Board in Białystok.

Task No. 2: Area located in the districts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 23. Works related to the winter and summer maintenance of order and cleanliness of plots owned by the Municipality of Białystok and managed by the Municipal Property Management Board in Białystok.
