Through this tender, the hospital VITAZ vzw wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of Custom Procedure Trays (CPTs), loose covering materials, components from the trays and operating gowns. These are primarily used in the operating theatre, but also in other departments (such as Cathlab, MKA, Maternity Unit). During the execution phase, it is possible that, in consultation with the successful tenderer, the contracting authority will change the delivery locations or procedure; this is because there are renovation projects planned and possibly finalised during the term of this tender, which may affect the logistical flow. This will be further explained, to the extent possible, in the tender documents that will be provided to the selected tenderers during the second phase of the tender (invitation to tender).
