Switzerland – Engineering services – EPFL - Etudes Parasismiques 2026

This contract concerns specific civil engineering services for the seismic assessment of 27 buildings/building groups located on the EPFL campus in Ecublens (VD) and 1 building located on the EPFL campus in Sion (VS). The contract includes several types of services: - Seismic audit (described in section 3.5.2 of the tender specifications); - Seismic audit update (described in section 3.5.3 of the tender specifications); - Reinforcement study (described in section 3.5.4 of the tender specifications); - Specific services (described in section 3.5.5 of the tender specifications). Given the large number of objects to be studied, the complexity of the contract and the schedule of the studies to be carried out, the contract has been divided into 5 lots. A single tenderer may apply for all lots but may win a maximum of three (3). The conditions for participation and award of the different lots are described in sections 9.10 and 9.12 of the tender specifications. If the tenderer submits an offer for several lots, the MO draws the tenderer's attention to the following points: - Each lot must be economically viable and profitable, regardless of the number of lots awarded to it. - The studies of each lot will be carried out in parallel according to the study schedule defined in section 3.5.6 of the tender specifications. The expected services are detailed in section 3.5 of the tender specifications.
